Founder
Ted Kilcommons
Founder, RAMP Contractors
Ted Kilcommons has spent more than twenty years building in New York. He started as a carpenter renovating Brooklyn townhouses, trained in millwork and furniture design, handled the design, performed every trade himself on dozens of projects and went on to oversee complex, design-driven builds for restaurants, retail brands and luxury residences across the city as a project executive.
Ted believes the best way to protect an ambitious design is to understand exactly how every aspect gets built, plan early, price honestly, collaborate gracefully and solve problems day-in and day-out. A graduate of the University of Texas at Austin and a licensed educator, he explains every decision clearly, so clients know where their project and their investment stand.
